1. Overview

HA3 ("the App") is a free comedy short-video app. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).

The App does not require account registration, login, or any form of user identification.

2.1 Notification Preferences

If you choose to enable daily notifications, the App stores your notification preference locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Usage Data

We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioral data of any kind.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 YouTube

The App displays video content sourced from YouTube via the YouTube Data API v3 and the YouTube IFrame Player API. When videos are played, your device communicates directly with YouTube's servers. YouTube may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

3.2 Cloudflare Workers

The App fetches a curated list of video IDs from a backend service hosted on Cloudflare Workers. This request does not include any user identifiers. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the App schedules a single daily local notification on your device at 8:00 AM. This notification is generated and delivered entirely on your device — no data is sent to our servers to produce it. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties, because we do not collect any user data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special measures are required beyond this commitment.

7. Data Retention

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. Notification preferences stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App.

8. Security

As no personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers, the risk to your personal information is minimal. We still take reasonable precautions to ensure our backend infrastructure is secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
